With reference to our minute of the 8th October

and our conversation by telephone, we suggested to

Hong Kong, by telegram, that Burney's Report on Education

should be sold at 2/- here and $1 locally. The Government

have now replied "Suggest price should equal cost namely

4/-" and we will therefore sell at 4/-.
